Mariachi La Diferencia is located in Del Rio, TX. We are grateful to the staff at the Casa de la Cultura for allowing us to practice there. The group has performed for Former President Bill Clinton and Senator John Kerry, as well as numerous civic and community events in and around the Del Rio area. The group has also been featured on ESPN. We invite you to book us for your upcoming quinceñara, wedding, birthday, party, or other event!
The group has been in existence for five years going onto its sixth year under the direction of Jesse Brijalba. The group first started performing in the summer of 2004. A group of 10 musicians performed at local serenatas, quinceñeras, weddings, and birthday parties. Over the years a few of the members have come and gone. The current group is composed of over 15 musicians. Among the group are high school students, college students, and college graduates. The group now performs locally as well as out of town. Our main goal is to please and entertain our audiences with the sweet melodies of traditional Mariachi Mexican music.
We have a close knit group that is like family and we hope to entertain as many people as we can.
